Refrigerated Display Cabinets (RDC) are a familiar item to many of us, appearing in everyday places like supermarkets, restaurants and canteens. Laid end to end, the RDCs in the UK would stretch the length and breadth of the country and contain significant quantities of materials such as glass, steel and MDF. However, only 13% of RDCs are currently re-engineered or remanufactured.
