News: US E-Scrap Conference 11th/12th September in Florida
Dr Ben Walsh, CRR, will be speaking on PAS 141, the UK's electrical re-use standard.
Tuesday, 10th September 2013
The conference, which is hosted by Resource Recycling, Inc., publisher of E-Scrap News, is the world's largest in the electronics remanufacturing field. About 1,500 attendees from 30 countries are expected this year. This includes nearly every major electronics re-use, remanufacturing and recycling firm or organization in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. In addition, the event draws other key players (governmental officials, NGO executives, buyers of parts, certification auditors, etc.). IT remanufacturing is a major issue among these audience sectors, and they seek details on initiatives from around the world, such as the CRR's work on PAS 141.
