News: UK - Sustainable lightweight low cost battery systems for extended life cycles (EV-Lite)
The CRR are part of a large consortium for EV-Lite, a research project, which aims to enable mass market electric vehicle technology by reducing the mass and cost of Li-ion battery packs.

The consortium is formed of the MTC, Electrovaya, the CRR, Unipart Manufacturing, RDVS, Bluebird Innovation Group, Loughborough University and Cenex and part funded by the Technology Strategy Board. Caterpillar Remanufacturing celebrates 35th anniversary
CAT Reman opened its doors in Corinth and Alcorn County in Mississippi, USA in 1982 with just 11 employees. 35 years on, there are over 1,300 men and women working at CAT Reman’s four sites there.
