ReMaTec2013, the worlds largest event for automotive and heavy duty remanufacturing, announces challenging three-day seminar program covering the latest topics in the remanufacturing industry.

No less than fourteen short seminars will be conducted in a specially designed theatre on the show floor during the exhibition from 16 to 18 June 2013 at Amsterdam RAI. Featured sessions include: Remanufacturing the transmissions of the future Axel Blaschke of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket will discuss the Trans-Mission-Impossible? New transmission technologies and their potential impact on remanufacturing in the Independent Aftermarket. The presentation will highlight the latest transmission designs and their potential impact on repair, rebuild and remanufacturing of transmissions in the independent aftermarket. Remanufacturing lessons from the aviation industry Derk-Jan van Heerden of Aircraft End-of-Life Solutions, who was named one of the forty rising stars in the global aerospace industry by Aviation Week & Space Technology magazine, will provide an insight into Component remanufacturing in the aviation industry. Inter alia, Derk-Jan van Heerden will explain how aviation has become the worlds most sophisticated remanu¬facturing industry. Focus on vehicle stats around the world John Chalifoux of MERA and Marcus Zahren of Polk Automotive will share their vision on The Global Vehicle Population: Growth Potential for Remanufactured Parts.
