The main repair routes for ten different electrical and electronic products including washing machines, mobile phones, vending machines and TVs were characterised. It identified drivers and barriers to increased repair, of which relative cost was the most important and examined promising business models of repair in more detail. The summary report will be publicly available within a few weeks.
