A £12m recycling facility which will be able to process 100,000 tonnes of electrical waste a year has been opened in Wales.

The Sims Recycling Solutions' WEEE recycling facility, in Newport, Gwent, has been officially launched by Rhodri Morgan, first minister for Wales.
