On March 31st Congressman Phil English (R-PA) introduced the Remanufacturing Tax Credit bill (HR 5659) with five co-sponsors: ∑ Rep. Steve Chabot (R-OH) ∑ Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-WI) ∑ Rep.
